平日11時40分頃来た、店内は8割ほどの埋まり
茶屋という言葉がピッタリの、和の甘味が提供される古風な甘味処、落ち着いた雰囲気と客層、立地は都会ど真ん中
蔵王あんみつを注文、890円、適切な価格
2分ほどで到着、あんみつの上に乗った白いソフトクリームが、蔵王連峰の樹氷を連想させるためこのメニュー名らしい
下にある大きなお豆は金時豆、時間をかけて柔らかく炊き上げているとのことで、甘さは控えめに炊かれている
大粒でも味は大味にならず、豆の心地よい食感を残しつつ、ふっくらと豊かな味わいになっている
上に乗っているのはバニラのソフトクリーム、これまた特濃で、そこいらの牧場で食べれるようなクオリティの深いコク
寒天は死ぬほど入っていた、不味い寒天なら地獄だが、スッキリした爽やかな寒天で、金時豆やソフトクリームと相性抜群
黒蜜をかけると甘みがさらに一歩深みに進んでいく、最後のダメ押しといったところか、味わいが変わるのも嬉しい
総合的にメチャクチャウマイ甘味だった、あまり触れられてないが、量もかなり多く感じた、おやつというより立派な昼飯
