有楽町駅から歩いてすぐにあるやきとん登運とん。
JRの高架下で賑やかな雰囲気と電車音のBGMが心地よいですら、
◎和牛牛すじ煮込み
注文諸々をしたときに「金曜だけ煮込みやってるよ」
と教えていただいたので注文。
この20分後に売り切れとなりました。
大ぶりカットのお肉は柔らかくて溶ける、
芯まで染みた甘じょっぱい煮込み、美味しい！
○豚串盛り合わせ
レバー、ハツ、カシラ、シロ、タン。
ナンコツ以外の豚串が全て来るセットでした。
1本190円なので盛り合わせでお得になるわけではありません。
カシラは食感と濃い旨味で好きでした。
・生キャベツ
なかなか入りにくいカーテンの出立ちですが
入ってみると和気あいあいとした空間でした。
店頭は焼き台の匂いが強く嫌煙していたのですが、
店内はそんなに匂いも強くなかったです。
