最近1人呑みにハマり、新橋まこちゃんに続き来店。
まこちゃん同様、タレのシロ、カシラ、レバーを注文。
10分ほどで到着、シロから到着、シロは薄めのため食べやすく、火の通りもいい感じで美味い。
次にレバー、臭み全く無し美味い。タレとのバランスも良い。そしてカシラ、脂が乗っていて肉肉しく肉の味がしっかりしている。そしてとにかくタレが変に甘くない辛口、といってもしょっぱくない。絶妙なバランス、まこちゃんと同レベルで暫定１位か。ただまこちゃんは串1本から頼めたが、こちらは2本から、1人のみにはちょっと辛いかな
