Our shabu shabu uses black pork from Kagoshima Prefecture. You can enjoy the soft texture and sweetness of this domestic pork to your heart's content. We offer a special sesame sauce and homemade ponzu sauce for dipping. The sesame sauce is accented with chili oil from Kyoto, and the ponzu sauce is refreshing with the addition of grated radish.
