付近を歩いていたのは、平日の14時半。
すっかり食べ損ねたお昼。
空腹も忘れかけていた頃、見つけたこちらのお店。
サラリーマンの街、新橋ではほとんどのお店が休憩中の時間帯。
こちらは通し営業なのでしょうか？
（食べログデータはお店に確認していないので修正しませんが…）とにもかくにもとても遅いお昼をいただきにふらりと訪問いたしました。
本陣房系列のこちらのお店。
この界隈にいくつか存在するお店のメニューは基本的に同じ。
価格も同じ。
本日は、鴨せいろの2色（1700円）をオーダー。
選んだのは、田舎とせいろの2色です。
本日のお蕎麦は北海道産のそば粉使用だそう。
付近にかたまって系列店があるからこそ、安定した良質の仕入れができるのかもしれない…そんなことを考えながら出てきたお蕎麦をいただきます。
醤油の味が効いているそばつゆ。
とてもたっぷりとしたミニどんぶりで出てきます。
お味が濃いので、そばつゆをいただく際には付属の小さな器が大活躍。
とても全部は飲み切れないくらいたっぷりのそばつゆです。
鴨肉が控えめなのはちょっと淋しい感じですが、そもそもお蕎麦って満腹になるためのメニューではないものですから、こんなものかしら、と。
お店を出たのは15時頃。
付近のお店がお休みの中、開けていて下さってどうもありがとうございます。
今日もお蕎麦を美味しくいただき満足です。
