新橋で割と評価の高いお蕎麦屋さん。
ランチで大海老天丼とせいろのセットをいただきました。
丼からはみ出す海老天は、もちろん揚げたてでさっくり。火の通し加減も良く、身は程よく半生です。ここの天ぷらは専門店レベルだと思います。
手打ちそばは細目でコシが強く、汁は甘さを抑えたキリッとした味わい。薬味に大根おろしと生姜が付いてくるのもうれしいサービス。
ランチセットが¥1000からとこの界隈ではちょい高めの価格設定ですが、接客も感じよく、内容的には十分納得できると思います。
