I visited this cafe on a weekday afternoon on the first floor of the Nippon Life Insurance Company Hibiya Building.If you look at it from the outside, it's a little deeper into the building.It's an open space, and it's not directly visible from the street, so it feels easy to enter. I guess it was just a regular cafe latte. When I sat down, I could see the outside terrace seats, but I guess they use them depending on the season. No one was sitting there that day, but the price is high considering the location. I don't think so, and if it's empty, I think you can go in.
