会社の親睦会でランチ利用しました。
ずっと行きたかったんですよね。
事前に予約をして来店しました。
▪️お昼の若会席 9,075円
先付・前菜・お椀
野菜としめじのおひたしや甘く煮た鮮やかな緑のそら豆やお刺身や、一口で食べられる和がギュッと一皿に詰まってます。
どれも美味しく頂きました。
・お造り
お刺身は3種類。
エディブルフラワーのキンギョソウが添えられています。
キンギョソウは食べられますが、あんまり美味しくないそうです。だから食べなかった。
・魚介野菜
蓮根、ズッキーニ、カボチャ、パプリカをじっくり鉄板で焼きます。
お魚はクエ。クエにトマトソースをかけて頂きます。旨し♡
・サラダ・ステーキ
お魚のお口をサラダでリセットし、いざ、ステーキへ！
せっかくの国産牛。
焼き加減はレアでお願いしました。
テーブルの中央にあるシルバーの鉄板は保温用。
お好みの焼き加減で焼き上げられたステーキを乗せたお皿が鉄板の上に提供されます。
ステーキをあたたかいまま食べられます。
でも、暑いです。
御食事（ご飯・赤出汁・香の物）
ご飯はおかわりできます。
デザート
クリームブリュレでした！表面はカリカリ、クリームは濃厚。
味もサービスも満足です♡
