店がきれいになってました
久しぶりの会社の懇親会で伺いました。以前と比べて内装がきれいになっており、気持ちよく食事することが出来ました。キムチ、ナムル、韓国のりなど前菜をつまみながらビール、肉を焼きながらビール、と大満足です。気軽に焼き肉を楽しみたい人向けですね。

焼肉食べたい！
上質なお肉を丁寧に焼いて頂く。
幸せです。
最近SDGsで牛の畜産は地球温暖化の原因になるメタンガスを大量に排出するのが問題だと言われています。もしかしたら近い将来、牛肉禁止になっているかもしれません。そう考えると自由に牛肉を食べることが出来る時代に生きていることに感謝しないといけないのかも。
上タン塩
厚めにカットされた食べ応えのあるタン。タンからスタートするのは焼肉の作法として定着していますね。
上カルビ。
きれいにサシが入った上質のお肉。焼き過ぎずにさっと炙ってミディアムレアで頂きます。脂の甘みが最高です。
上ハラミ。
実は私、一番好きなのがハラミなのです。最初から最後までハラミだけでもいいくらい。タンやカルビはハラミの良さを引き立てるために食べていると言っても過言ではありません。いや、それは過言かもしれませんが、それくらい好きという意味です。タンやカルビの推しの皆様どうかお気を悪くなさらないでください。
途中野菜など食べながら休憩をはさみ、落ち着いたところで再度上ハラミを追加注文。
上質なお肉でお腹いっぱいにして幸せな時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
この時代に生まれよかった(笑)。
