この日は朝から東北方面に出張。新幹線に乗ってから食べる朝食はこちらのお店に調達に伺いました。有楽町と東京駅の中間辺り、丸の内側の高架下にあるサンドイッチスタンドです。
以前から前は何度か通りかかって気になっていましたが、実際に利用するのは今回が初めて。朝8時くらいに着きましたが10席ほどの店内のイートインコーナーには数人のお客さんがいらっしゃいます。因みにモーニングは厚切りトーストのセットが450円で、サンドイッチのセットが470円から。
お店の方は自分と同世代かそれ以上のシニアなおじさんが二人。店内のショーケースには玉子、ロースハム、サラダ等、7～8種類のサンドイッチが並んでいます。中からメンチカツと玉子の組み合わせのサンドイッチ420円(確か)を買って東京駅に向かいました。
新幹線乗って上野過ぎた辺りでパックを開封。キャベツ千切り、レタスも入っているメンチカツサンドは衣が噛むと音がする位のサクサク感です。さすがに温かくはありませんが、作ってそう時間が経っていない感じ。
玉子サンドはマヨネーズ少なめでゆで玉子そのものをサンドイッチにしたような印象です。どちらのサンドイッチも手作り感高くてなかなかの味。東京駅構内の弁当売場やキヨスクで買うよりオススメです。
