一番好きな曜日は金曜日。別にイベントがある訳ではなくても、気持ちが華やぐ。
朝から気分良く仕事をしていたら、気が付いたら昼どき。あまり腹は減っていない。いつもなら10時くらいからランチのことばかり考えているのに笑
少し遅めに事務所を出る。さて、どこでランチを食べようか。軽いので大丈夫そう。
ぶらぶら歩いて地下鉄三田線日比谷駅近くの国際ビルの地下に辿り着く。最近ランチでは頻繁に起用している。良き店がたくさんあるお気に入りのランチスポット。
さて、何を食べようかとまずはレストラン街を一周する。すでにほとんどのお店は訪問済みなので、まだ行っていない数軒の中から選ぶことにする。
そう言えば、食べログを始めてから訪問店数増やしたくなって、未訪問のお店を放っておけなくなってしまった。昔は好きな店に通い詰めて下手したら週に3回くらい同じ店で同じものを食べていた。一番のお気に入り神保町のカレーの名店『エチオピア』には何度通ったか分からない。いつもチキン豆カリー、辛さ50倍。
さて、話を本日のランチに戻すと国際ビルで未訪問の『Bar Espanol LA BODEGA』に入店。パエリアのランチが売りのお店のようだが、注文は店内でメニューを吟味して決めることにする。
テーブル席に案内されて何を食べるか考える。選択肢は7つ。
①魚介のパエリャ
②月替りパエリャ（秋鮭とキノコのパエリャ）
③今週のグリル（サイコロステーキ）
④サルスエラ（ブイヤベース）
⑤今週のパエリャ（とり肉の月見パエリャ）
⑥今週のパスタ（キノコとイベリコベーコンのオイルソーススパゲッティ）
⑦今月のご褒美ランチ（イベリコ豚と赤海老のMIXパエリャ）
軽いものを食べようかとランチを探し始めたはずが、選んだのはサイコロステーキ。
「すみません、3番でお願いします」
「はい、サイコロステーキですね」
「はい、そうです」
「ビュッフェのご利用方法はご存じですか？」
「いえ、初めてなので」
「テーブルのグラスはあちらのドリンクバーでご使用ください。お皿はそちらのビュッフェコーナーでご使用ください」
なるほど。まずは飲み物。ウーロン茶を氷なしで注いでテーブルに戻る。続いてビュッフェ。サラダ、スープ、ライスをゲットして席に戻る。
サラダとスープで時間を繋いでいると、サイコロステーキが供される。
「鉄板がお熱くなっていますのでお気を付けください」
確かにジュージュー音を発している。一口大にカットされたステーキ肉をソースにつけてライスにバウンド。そして口に運ぶ。うん、まあ、こんなもんだろう。特別に旨いわけではないが、悪くない。ご飯が進む。そこそこのボリューム感を楽しむことができる。
ライスが食べ放題なのは、大食漢の人にとっては好評ではなかろうか。私は節制したいタイプなのでお代わりしないが。
10分で完食。
ステーキ肉の質にはちょっと不満はあるが、ビュッフェは気に入った。
