味もホスピタリティもペニンシュラクオリティ！流石の一言です！
今宵はペニンシュラ東京にあるPeterさんへ！
ここはよく使わせていただいてる大切にしているお店です！
まずホントに雰囲気がいいです！
たしかに外資系ホテルの中のレストランで階層が高いわけではありませんが、そんなことが気にならないくらいラベンダー色の空間は大変ラグジュアリー！
投稿写真を見ていただけるとお分かりいただけるように、こんなライティングのお店はなかなかないと思います！
ちなみにこのお店の雰囲気をクリニックのデザインに参考させていただいたんです！笑
ペルソナでもある女性から大変好評でした！
さて、お料理ですが、私のおすすめはクラブケーキです！
グランドハイアット東京のオークドアさんのコースでも出てきたりするクラブケーキですが、ペニンシュラさんはいぶりがっこも入っており食感も楽しめます！
他のお料理ももちろん大変おいしいです！
また本日はボトルでワインを！
マルベックの2018をチョイス！
メインの鹿肉にもピッタシでした！
やはり素敵な空間でのお食事は最高です！

ヘイフンテラスも大変良いのですが、私はピーターが大好きです！
このお店は10年前くらいに先輩に教えていただき、よくバーを使っていました！
最近はバーだけでなくレストランづかいも！
成長しました！
ピーターさんの魅力は夜景ではないでしょうか？
もちろんランチタイムでも皇居まで見えるので最高です！
ちなみに化粧室からの夜景も◎！
お味もいいですし、サービスもいいです！
ワインもいろいろありワイン好きも楽しめます！
