ザ・ペニンシュラ東京の最上階でもある２４階にあるレストラン。ロビーから直通なので早いです。
入り口からすでに漂う異空間に、非現実を味わさせてくレます。
広々とゆったりした、、真ん中のソファ席に案内されました。
まずは自社とコラボしているシャンパンをいただきます。
炭酸がげき薄い・・・。
気をとり直して料理注文。
アラカルトで出来次第で出してもらうことにしました。

やっときたと思ったらパンです。
うんまぁよくある普通のお味。

もっさり量が多いのかと思ったら2人で分けて丁度いい量でした。
これで4,200円か・・・。
・紅ずわい蟹のクラブケーキ
コリアンダー 漬物タルタルソース レモン

周りは蟹のハンバーグのようになっており、中はよくある蟹の身がぎっしり
・愛媛県産伊達鮪のシアード
黒大蒜 スモークパプリカ 秋田県産生ハム

今回のMVP
分厚くほどよくのった脂のあるマグロと黒ニンニクがシンプルに美味しいです。生ハムと食べるのは初体験でした。
・岐阜県産飛騨牛 A5 フィレ肉 100g （￥15,500 ）
ミディアムレアでお願いしましたが、ちょいレア程度でお肉もパサパサなのが残念でした。
トータル的に、雰囲気を超える美味しさ・感動は料理には無かったです。
お値段、提供時間を考えると、コース料理のが良いかもしれませんね。
