It is a sister restaurant of the Michelin-starred Restaurants "Spring Moon" at The Peninsula Hong Kong. The restaurant opened in September 2007. Directly connected to Tokyo Metro Hibiya Station. It is located on the 2nd floor of The Peninsula Tokyo. The exotic space, themed on the garden style of Suzhou, China, which has nine gardens designated as World Heritage Sites, is wonderful. It is worth it to be able to eat here.
