ピアノとバイオリンとギター(？)の生演奏も楽しみながら桜アフタヌーン ティー を頂きました。
各テーブルには本物の桜が花瓶に飾られていて、ウェルカムドリンクの桜のモクテル(ノンアル)で桜の香りとスパークリングを味わい、気分は春に。
まず、お皿に温かいスコーン2種が運ばれてきます。こちらも桜色のスコーン。アフタヌーン ティースタンドが運ばれてきて小さな可愛いフードとスイーツで気持ちが上がります。
フード(セイボリー)もスイーツもどちらも美味しく、甘さもしつこく無く、味が被らないのでパクパクいけました。
フードの中で、良かったのは
・ガスパチョ：そら豆が春らしく、鶏肉の旨みと黒オリーブの風味で滋味深い味わい
・桜海老の菜の花にキッシュ: 桜海老が春らしさ満開。サクサク感も良し
サーモンのサンドイッチは後の方で食べたので、パンの部分が乾燥してしまい、少しパサパサに。最初の方で食べ方が良かったかも
デザートで良かったもの
・白餡と苺のモンブラン: 餡のねっとり感と塩気、苺甘酸っぱさが絶妙。甘さ控えめで旨味も感じられた。
・ライチのカスタードクリームとラズベリーライチジャム: 上に乗っているチョコとジャムで甘さが強いものの、1番底のクッキーのようなものがヨモギのような風味があり、味に締まりが出ている。
ティーはコーヒー含めて約20種類。
3種のティーを堪能。

この中では、グリーンポメグラネットがスッキリと爽快感があり、渋みも無いので、スイーツとあう。
店内は女子率高いものの、子供連れや男性同士も複数いて、色々な人がアフタヌーン ティーを楽しんでいました。豪華で洗練された雰囲気あるものの、敷居が高くなく、過ごしやすい所でした。
