地下鉄日比谷駅に直結する「カフェ」では、デザートやお食事をご用意しております
地下1階に位置する「ザ・ペニンシュラ ブティック＆カフェ」では、ホテルメイドのペストリーやベーカリーのほか、ザ・ペニンシュラ香港が発祥とされるXO醤をはじめとした調味料やオリジナルグッズを販売しております。ブティックに併設するカフェでは、ホテルのシェフが手掛けるお食事やデザートをカジュアルにお楽しみいただけます。 |
マンゴープリンで有名なペニンシュラホテルのスイーツですが、他にも美味しそうなスイーツが沢山ありました。15時過ぎに訪問致しましたが待たずに購入出しました。
抹茶クリームにあずきとお餅をパン生地で包んだスイーツをお土産に購入致しました。
とても柔らかく繊細で甘い抹茶クリームが美味しくて溜まりません。次回はマンゴープリンにも挑戦したいです。シンガポールの匂いが感じられる、エキゾチックなスイーツをご馳走様でした。
