I ordered the restaurant's recommended grilled crackling. It looks like a modern-style Okonomiyaki with a fried egg on top. The batter had a lot of yam in it, but it had a texture similar to rolled eggs, which caught me by surprise. It is characterized by the flavor of the sauce and the aroma of the browned grill. The ingredients seem to have a lot of seafood, so the beer seems to go well with it. But this time it was lunch, so I was disappointed that there was no alcohol. Okonomiyaki was delicious as a snack. It smelled so good that I couldn't wait to eat it, so I'm sorry for the half-eaten photo.
