ラム肉が食べたくなって訪問。
ジンギスカンもいいけどラムそのものの味を食べたい時があります。
この界隈で仕事が終わったのでこちらを初訪問。
地下飲食店街の一画にあるオープンな感じのお店です。
注文は口頭で「ロース✕もも」¥2,799(税別以下同じ)口直しとつまみで「自家製ピクルス」¥499、「ザ・プレミアム・モルツ〈薫る〉エール」¥599。
ビールはすぐに来ます。
仕事終わりのビールは格別です。
「お通し」が出てきて気が利くなと思ったら¥350でした。
ビールに合ういい味付けだったので結果オーライ。
続いてピクルス。
それなりの量があるし、酸味もちょうどいいです。
つけだれのセットが来た後に溶岩？が乗ったカセットコンロ到着。
すぐに焼けるよう熱くしてあるのし、火加減も調整してあるのはとてもありがたい心遣いです。
つけだれは、たれ、レモン、胡麻油。
お店のかたが焼き方を丁寧に教えてくれるのでちょうどいい焼き具合でいただけます。
最初はもも肉から。
焼きたてを何もつけずに一口。
くどすぎないけどしっかりラムだとわかる味。美味しい。
柔らかな歯応えで食べやすいです。
レモンを絞ってもいいですね。
塩でもいいかも。
ピクルスをつまみながら焼き上がりを待って、次は胡麻油で。
ビールに合います。
ロースも最初はレモンで脂を楽しみます。
次にたれでジンギスカン風に味変。
ほどよく乗った脂がビールに合います。
そういうことでビールをおかわり。
別の部位も食べたかったので「ランプ」¥899も追加。
焼き方も要領よくなってきてので美味しくいただけます。
一皿の量はそれほど多くないのですが、焼きながらいただくとそれなりに満腹感があります。
ジンギスカンにしてしまうことが多いラム肉を部位ごとに食べ分けることが出きて満足。ごちそうさまです。
