【有楽町】麺屋ひょっとこ 交通会館店
和風柳麺¥730
仕事で銀座まで来たので歩いて気になり店巡り。今日は食べログ百名店常連の麺屋ひょっとこへ。場所は有楽町駅前にある交通会館の地下1階。平日の17時過ぎという時間でも満席で先に食券を買ってしばし待機。
今日の注文は和風ラーメン。
席に座ってから3、4分のスピーディ着丼。
スープはじんわりと身体に染み渡る味。優しいラーメンすぎるー！澄んだスープは優しいながらもしっかりと出汁の旨みが感じられて満足度高め。麺は中細ストレートでスープと相まって懐かしい味わい。そしてこの存在感あるチャーシューがホロホロでめちゃくちゃ美味しい。チャーシュー麺にしても良いかも◎デフォで付いてくる半玉子はうっすら甘めの素材を活かした味。三つ葉のシャキシャキ感が個人的にめちゃ好み。
これは絶対に柚子が合いそうな雰囲気なので今度食べる機会があったら柚入りラーメンに挑戦してみたい。
