Following on from fresh spring rolls and pho, we wanted to make the delicious Vietnamese Cuisine "Banh Xeo" widely known among the people of Japan, so we established "Banh Xeo Saigon Yurakucho Store". |
混んでない、並んでないので映画の後、遅い昼ごはん。隣のビルの映画館ヒューマントラストの当日半券で、生春巻きサービスあり。前から食べたかったネギ牛辛麺。素早く、運ばれてきた。屋台風のお店ならではのスピード感。生春巻きは、ピーナッツのソースつき。美味しい定番の味。牛麺はまる麺。
フォークとスプーンではなく箸が置いてあるので箸とスプーンでややぎこちなくいただく。そんなに辛くない。テーブルにあるナンプラー的なベトナムフークーというのを少し垂らして味変、塩分的にはしない方が良いかも。ゆっくりテーブルで様々な会食もできますがカウンターでサクッと短時間で食べられるのがよい。出汁が出て美味いスープ全部飲みました。カウンターには電源あり！！
