平日の11:15に訪問いたしました。有楽町に用事があり、その前に交通会館の下で大正軒さんに伺おうと狙い撃ちでした。
待ちの方はないものの、店内に入ると残2席で、
私が入店してからは行列が出来ていました。
オーダーは入店前に元気の良い女性の方から聞かれ、店前のメニューから選びます。
あれ？生姜焼きとハンバーグがない！と思って、お聞きすると無くなっちゃうから隠してたとちょっと面白いネタでとても優しい店員さんです。
ご飯はプラス100円で大盛りに出来ます。

お店に入ると、奥のカウンター席に案内されました。
お店は4人で営まれていて、ホール1名、調理場3名でした。
席について、荷物や上着を脱いだり掛けたりして、
着席すると、いざすでに戦場にいました。
もう、ご飯もお味噌汁もメインのおかずたちも到着です！
とっても早かったので、温かいか不安でしたが、
全て温かく、美味しかったです。
生姜焼きはちょっとだけ冷めていましたが、
たれの加減が良くてとても美味しく、ご飯にとても合います。
ご飯は久々に見たマンガ盛りでした笑
余裕で食べましたが、おかずもボリュームあるので、結果ご飯が足りませんでした笑
とても美味しく、良かったです。
回転率を上げるために、作り置きまでいかなくても、仕込みを先にしている理由で、少し冷たかったのは残念ですが、それは仕方ないと思います。
また伺いたいと思います。
