I was dragged there at an after-party. Chamen is apparently a specialty dish. It was very delicious, but I couldn't tell what was char and what was meng. There was quite a lot of soup, so I had to eat something like french fries. Dipping the potatoes in the soup enhances the flavor and makes it delicious.
