さあ銀座のトルコ料理屋さんです。食べ慣れない国の料理はほんとに注文が難しいです.汗

さあ何を頼もうかな？異国の料理って量も分からないしパンやご飯と一緒に食べる様なおかず的な物なのか？
難しいですね〜。と言う事で店員さんに説明してもらい注文しました。
キュチュックメゼは前菜盛り合わせ
・トマトとハーブのスパイシー
・フムス
・なすとパプリカ
・ほうれん草とヨーグルト
これらのペーストをパンと一緒に食べます。
カルシュックドルマはドルマ３種
・ムール貝のピラフ詰
・ピーマンのピラフ詰
・ズッキーニのピラフ詰
後はムール貝とチーズのオーブン焼きやトマトソースで炒めたエビと野菜のオーブン焼き！これが2つともチーズがたっぷりで少し飽きてしまいました！
最後にイスティムケバブ♪ 肉がないとの事でケバブの揚げナス包み。
揚げナスの中はケバブがたっぷり。
ケバブってビーフジャーキーをふやかしたみたいな食感。顎が疲れる.笑
やはり異国料理は難しい！出来るだけ色々な味を適量で食べたいけど初めては難ありでした。
店員さんが一品減らした方がとの事でしたが量的には不十分かな〜
新しい世界の開拓はワクワクしますね♪ルンルン
