銀座帰りにふらっと寄れるお店があります。
路地にある小さなお店、とり一です。
偶然、寄ってからお気に入りです！
有楽町から徒歩5分程度の路地にありますが、
少々見つけづらいかもしれないです。
カウンター10席くらいの小さなお店なので、
大人数には向いていないです。
1人でしっぽり呑むか、2人くらいで語り合う
二軒目か、三軒目辺りに利用したいです。
今回は二度目の利用ですが、
マスターが顔を覚えてくれてるのでうれしく、
他のお客様も少ないので会話も楽しめます。
まずはハイボールで乾杯です。
ハイボールにはライムも落としてくれます。
ビールは瓶ビールしか置いてないようです。
他にも焼酎や日本酒など一通り揃ってます。
食事はマスターのオススメの焼き鳥を注文。
本日のオススメはレバーとササミ、つくね。
そしてみょうがの焼き鳥です。
レバーは臭みがなくて焼き具合もベテラン
の域です。そしてササミはパサパサ感がなく
味付けも良い感じでした。
他にも頼めば何でも作ってくれます。
今度はゼヒ試してみたい。
このお店は夫婦で経営しているようです。
壁に立てかけてある昔の懐かしい写真が
2人の歴史を感じさせてくれる。
飲みに行くよりも、マスターとの会話や
雰囲気を楽しみにいくようなお店。
ちょっぴり高めですが、
嫌な感じのしない銀座の〆にちょうどいい
感じのお店に出会えたことに感謝です。
またゆっくりと伺いたいと思います。
