6/29の18:00に取引先のお偉いさんに連れてきてもらいました。ここは、元ダンサーのいちろうさんがワンオペで経営するから、カウンターのみの小さなお店。看板にもありますが、member’s only つまり会員制です。時には、一見さんも受け入れてくれるようですが、来店時もメンバーズオンリーなのでと断っていました。
みなさん、お任せ5本セットから注文して、その後お好みで注文していくスタイルのようです。
朝ジメの鳥を毎日仕入れているので、お肉は生でもいただけるほど新鮮。一本目のささみはレアで、わさびがいいアクセント。2品目は皮、パリッとしているけど、中から脂がジューっと染み出してくる、3品目はネック、4品目はしいたけ、このソースがたまらなく美味しい、ソースのレシピは企業秘密。なにが入っているのか気になる！その後、もも、ハツ、砂肝、つくねをいただき終了。サービスでスイカを出してもらいました。
いちろうさんのキャラが最高に良くて、常連さんが多いのがわかる気がします。芸能人の方も多く訪れるみたいで、その日も大物芸能人が来店してました。本当に良いお店です！おいしかったし、楽しかった！ごちそうさまでした！
