バリエーションが豊富なオイスターバー
新橋のかき小屋が予約できなくてこちらのお店を選びました。場所がわかりにくいのとおしゃれなビルに少しイメージが違った感じだったので迷いながらたどり着きました。
サラダが最初に出て来てから、生ガキ、フライドポテト、焼きガキ、ワイン蒸し、カキフライと次々とテーブル一杯になるほど出て来ました。
生ガキはスッキリとカキ本来の味が楽しめて、はずせない一品です。焼きガキはバジルとバターの風味が新鮮な感じで、これも美味しく頂けました。
ワイン蒸しは、蒸したことにより実がふっくらとジューシーに仕上がっていました。
私が好きなのはカキフライで、ここのお店のカキフライはカリッとしていて、一味違った味わいで、いわゆるカキフライと少し違った味わいがありました。
食べ放題ですが、朝食が遅めであったため、それほど食べることが出来なくて、渡しは一通り頂いて満腹でした。

今夏期は写真を撮り忘れたので、うまく伝えられませんが、兎に角、牡蠣でおなか一杯になりました。
牡蠣フライ、焼き牡蠣、ワイン蒸しの食べ放題と生牡蠣とフライドポテト、パスタがセットにされたコースを楽しんできました。
お店は満席で、少ないスタッフでてんてこ舞いされていた感じです。
料理の写真は取り忘れましたが、お店を出て周りの風景を撮影しました。
