土曜の午後３時に数組の行列で10分待たずに入店。
スフレケーキのセット1300円を注文。
とにかく、店員(全員が中高年男性)が忙しなく行き来する。サービスの一つ一つが忙しないだけで、もてなし感はゼロ。先日訪問した新橋のパーラーキムラヤの昭和の心を欠片でも分けたい。
ケーキもコーヒーも凡庸で、いまどきのチェーン店の美味しさも、昭和の懐かしい手作り感もない。
唯一価値があったのは、小一時間を昭和の内装眺めて座っていられたこと。なら、一番安い飲み物でよかったか。
