雑居ビルの地下にあるお店。
店内は、（やや）高級感のあるつくりになっている。
が、店員さんは普段着にて接客。
音楽は、K-POPが流れている。
「ビビンパ」を注文。ビビン「バ」ではなく「パ」と、メニューには書いてあった。
ふつうは、ビビン「バ」だと思うが、「パ」の方が正しい発音に近いのだろうか。
サラダ、キムチ、ホウレン草の和え物がつく。
特段の感想はない。
さて、メインの「ビビンパ」。
すごく、そぼくな味。数年前に行った慶州（韓国南東部。田舎）の食堂を思い出した。それも、バスターミナルとかにある立ち食いっぽい食堂。
ごはんのお替りは、無料だそうだ。
サービスは、普段着の店員さんが、韓国の釜山だとか慶州っぽい素朴な接客をします。「ソウル苑」なのに、ソウルっぽさがないです（笑）。
プライシングするなら800円。実際780円なので、CPはまぁ良好では。
