釜焼鳥本舗おやひなや有楽町店で懇親会♪ [おいしいもの−食事／その他][編集]
今治造船ボート部懇親会では、参加者のみなさんとおいしいお料理を
堪能してまいりました～♪
店内もレトロ感があって、楽しさも感じますね。
懇親会では、ねねさんのお師匠さんも参加していただいて、お料理のオーダーや
お酒の追加などの細かな対応をしていただきました。
四国のおいしいものを食べることができる貴重な機会だったので
オススメメニューや愛媛、香川のおいしいものを教えていただきましたよ。
で、これは最初のメニューに外せない！というパリパリ鶏皮せんべい
コラーゲンを摂りたい女性にもいいですよとのこと。(笑)
ただ、皮部分なので食べ過ぎには注意です。
ほどよい塩味でパリパリしていて、いくらでも食べられるおいしさです！
病み付きになりそうです。
ヘルシーチョレギサラダ、特製たまご焼き、エビマヨ、ズリ（砂肝）の鉄板焼き
プリプリエビマヨが好きな味でしたね～。
カリっとした衣に包まれたエビにスイートチリの味をベースにした
ほんのり甘めのマヨネーズがたまらなくおいしかったです♪
たまご焼きも甘口で、ハムやピーマンなどの具が入った家庭的な
ものでした。 お弁当のおかずに入っていたら嬉しいかも！
伊予のじゃこ天です。
そのままでもおいしいのですが、薬味の生姜を添えて食べると
違う味わいに感じます。
そして、このお店にいったら食べるのは必須！！ 骨付き鶏（おや、ひな）です。
おや ： 噛めば噛むほど味が出てくる食感のある親鳥
ひな ： 柔らかくてジューシーなひなどり、私はこちらが好きですね♪
ねねさんに「おや」、「ひな」の特徴を教えていただきましたよ。
今回は、みんなで食べるので、事前にカットして出してもらいました。
通常は一人一皿！という形で食べるとか。豪快にかぶりつくのもイイですね。
そして、最後のシメには香川のうどんです！
つゆが透き通っていて、だしが効いています。
うどんもコシがあってしっかりした食感です。
香川のうどん、とてもおいしかったです。
本場で食べてみたいな～という気持ちになりました。
今回の懇親会では、おいしいお食事はもちろんですが、
新しい出会いの場ということで、貴重な体験ができました。
ブログを通じての交流っていいな～と感じた出来事でした。
