有楽町近くの『カイザーホフ』
東京国際フォーラムの向かい側という便利な場所でホフブロイハウスの生が飲める嬉しいドイツレストランです。
この日は幕張メッセに出張。昼間はラーメン一杯で頑張ったので、疲れた体を癒すために帰宅途中、京葉線東京駅近くのこちらに寄り道しました。
店内は華やかな感じ。ドイツの民族衣装？的な装いの女性が応対してくれます。
まずはヴァイスビアから
◇ホフブロイ ミュンヘナー ヴァイスビア M
口当たりよく、小麦の風味を感じるビール。サラッと幾らでも飲めそう。
▫️オバツダ2種盛合せ
クリームチーズに味を加えたような前菜。
白いのはハニーペッパー、
その通りほのかに甘く、黒胡椒の香りがインパクトある。
ピンクはパプリカ 旨味のバランスが良いです。
▫️ニュールンベルクソーセージ
スパイスの効いたソーセージ
ザウワークラウトの炒めたもの、じゃがいもでドイツらしい。
◇ホフブロイ オリジナルラガー S
豊な旨味とバランスいい苦味。これは間違いない美味しさ。
◇ホフブロイ オクトーバーフェストビア
オクトーバーフェストを冠したビール、気になって飲まずにいられません。
かなり濃厚なモルトでボディがずっしり。苦味も効いててガツンとくる感じ。
フェストで明るいうちから飲むと気持ちよく酔えるかも。
純粋にビアハウスとしては、高めですけど、唯一無二のホフブロイハウスの生が飲めるのは貴重。
ホフブロイハウスは新婚旅行の思い出のある所なので、気軽に飲めるのは嬉しいかも。
