有楽町駅から少し歩いた場所、日比谷シャンテの地下2階にお店を構えている野菜専門店『やさいの王様』。⠀

日比谷シャンテがわからないという方は日比谷 ミッドタウンの目の前にあるビルの地下にあります。⠀

地下2階は飲食街となっている為、大好きな『ひつじや』や有名なイタリアン『壁の穴』など色々なお店が入っています。⠀

そんな場所の最奥にこちらのお店『やさいの王様』はあります。⠀

こちらのお店の名物は新鮮な野菜が詰め放題なサラダバー！色々なものを食べられるみたいで、野菜不足の自分には魅力的ですね！⠀

今回はそちらのサラダバーは使用せず、定食を注文。友人は肉のプレート。僕は魚のプレートを注文しました。⠀

魚の定食は「鮭のローストと白菜 豆乳スープ仕立て」。それに旬の小鉢が3つほど付いてきました。⠀

どれも優しい味わいで、個人的には好み。ご飯と共にゆっくり食事を楽しむことができました。⠀

最後に締めのデザートとして、「まるごとかぼちゃのプリン」と「抹茶の和パフェ」を頂きました。⠀

個人的にはこんなプリンあるんだ！と言った驚きのあった一品と、お芋の味のする抹茶パフェがとっても美味しかったです。⠀

それに可愛らしいスコップのスプーンが個人的には最高でした。また食べに行きたいですね〜！⠀
