平日13:00過ぎで8割ほどの埋まり具合。平日でも結構混んでる印象。女性率高め。
お冷はセルフサービス。フルーツウォーターもあって嬉しい！

・サワラの醤油麹焼き
生姜を効かせた醤油麹で味付けし、とろっとした湯葉あんを。西京焼のような味わい。シャキシャキのサラダはボリュームたっぷり！
・ほうれん草と根菜の和え物
人参やゴボウの歯応えを楽しめる和え物は黒胡麻ドレッシングでサッパリ。
・冬野菜と玉子のふんわりオムレツ
そこまでふんわりではない気もするけど。。里芋入り！トップにはサッパリ甘酸っぱいソース。
・2種類のお芋のドームサラダ
ジャガイモとサツマイモのねっとりポテトサラダがこんもり。バジルが香る〜
・お味噌汁
具沢山！！ゴボウ、小松菜、しめじ、油揚げがたっぷり！
・ごはん
黒米を使った古代米はカリフラワーが入ってて、珍しいね。お好みでゴマ塩をかけて。
ご飯とお味噌汁はおかわり無料だけど、ちょっと高めの値段設定かな、、って印象。
