こちらは国際ビルのBIFに入っているお店ですが、まだまだ未開拓のお店が多いことを改めて認識です。
最寄り駅はJRなら有楽町、メトロなら日比谷ですが、住所は歴とした丸の内の三丁目です。
このレストランフロアのスタートは、11:30となっていますので、11:00狙いができないときは、候補の1つになりますね。
丸の内の未訪問店を検索していて見つけ、こんな良さそうなお店があったのかと思い、マイレビの皆さまもまだ訪問はまだ少数のようですが、評価は高く、俄然期待は膨らみます。
開店時刻の直後にビルに到着、お店を目指します。
丁度自分が入ってきた階段からは反対側にあり、到着は11:34。
早速店内に入ると、10数名の先客がいまして、既に食事時中の方が何人も。
えー、ということは早めにスタートしているかもですね、こちら。
向かい壁側に並ぶ変則カウンター席に右端に案内されました。
6席あるカウンターは壁際にテーブルを６つ並べてあり、うち4席は壁側に椅子が挟まっている状態(笑)
横間隔は狭いのですが、右端には少々の右側空きスペースがあり、一番ゆったりでした。
椅子はノーマルで、テーブルは小さいです。
ハンガーは仕切りにかかっていますが、少なめ且つ、使用できる席は限られます。
籠は見当たりません。
お茶と箸以外は、テーブルごとにセットがありますね。
早速、麻婆豆腐を注文しますと、辛さを確認されます。
中辛、激辛、地獄辛という3種類では、中辛しか選べませんね(笑)
あれ、ランチのメニューには、普通、辛い、激辛とありますね。
でも、周りの方複数も中辛と注文しています、うーん果たして、ランチだけマイルドタイプがあるのでしょうか？
注文が終わると、入口脇のテーブルに移動し、唐揚げとスープ、そしてご飯は要りますかか？と聞かれますので、大盛りでお願いします。お代わりもできるようですが、最初に大盛りは必須でした、やはり。
最後に杏仁豆腐をトレイに乗せて、席に戻ります。
そこから2分で麻婆豆腐が提供と、かなりのスピードですね。
熱々、グツグツの状態です。
混ぜ良いかと聞かれますので、当然お願いします。
同時にエプロンを頂きます、ここまでは完璧な流れ。
手際良く10秒足らずで完成です。
こちらの麻婆豆腐ですが、旨い、辛い、熱い、痺れるという宣伝文句が躍り、22年間の研究の結晶とあります。
早速頂きます。
先ず、熱い！これは嬉しい限り。
そして、辛い、いやかなり辛い！
ご飯無しでは無理なレベルで、以前神田で恐怖を覚えたレベルよりはましだが、かなり辛い。
これよりマイルドな辛さがあるのなら、そちらを選びたい。
注意しないとむせますね。
なので、滅多に食事中は飲まない水を何度も飲むことに。。
水は飲めました、レベル３。
でも、確かに旨い、これは間違いないです。
そして、痺れますね、確かに。でも、嫌なピリピリでは決してありませんね。
好みで、お願するとパクチーも追加できるようですので、好きな方は良いですね。
麻婆豆腐をご飯と一緒に食べながら、水を飲み、スープ、唐揚げ、サラダと、忙しく手と箸を動かします。
辛く無い食材を食べて少々落ちつきながら、麻婆豆腐を食べ進みます。
すると予想通りの発汗が。タオルは必須ですね。
これでは、夏は厳しいかな、でも暑い季節ならではの良さもありますが、まあ、考えましょう(笑)
ご飯は、大盛りでも足らない心配もしましたが、麻婆豆腐のボリュームはそれほどでもなく、お代わりは不要でした。
テーブルには更に辛さを増すことのできる香辛料が置かれています（恐）
最後に、杏仁豆腐。
甘さは控えめと思われますが、先の辛さ故、とっても甘く感じますね。
いやー、落ち着きます。
唐揚げ、サラダ、スープはまあまあですね。唐揚げは残念ながら冷めています。
それでも、これで800円！
夜は、単品で850円ですが、それでも安いですね。
ランチの他のメニューの写真が撮れませんでしたが、パンフレットをもらってきましたので、そちらを載せます。
食べ終わった時点で、滞在20分強。
基本、現金でお支払い。
店頭では、500円弁当が5種類販売されています、こちらも安いですね。
ちなみに、全面喫煙可とありますが、灰皿はテーブルには無く、喫煙者はいませんでした。
昼は禁煙になっていれば最高です。
店を出ると、15名ほどの行列が。
そりゃそでしょうね、混んで当然のハイパフォーマンス店ですね。
食材にもこだわっているとのこと、これは、近々にでも他の料理も食べてみたい。
禁煙前提で、かなりお勧めです。
