Things that go well with downtown bars: Hoppy, motsuyaki, stew, and vice♪ The standard hoppy is good, but I don't really have an eye for vice♡ People outside of the Kanto region may not be familiar with it, but in Tokyo's downtown area, there is "bice". There is a shochu split material called ``. The scent is red shiso juice. The flavor is the classic candy from yesteryear, ``Kome-chan.'' Sweet and sour, juicy and fluffy. A drink with an indescribable chemical pink color that gives it the feel of an adult candy. As someone who was forbidden from having carbonated drinks and candy when I was a child, now that I'm an adult I can enjoy myself at bars like this without any hesitation. After all, my income and expenses in life are in line. It seems a bit strange that there is Standing bar inside the Koyu Building, which is located in the basement of the building across the street from Hinoki. By the way, there are many Standing bar in Osaka's station buildings. I'm glad it's easy to use and easy to drink.I ordered: ◆Fried Oyster ◆Tender pork chashu ◆Chicken radish It's a local characteristic that the narrowed-down menu has names of dishes that sound like side Side Dishes. That's what I think. When a father who works alone pops in on his way home from work, has a drink or two with some side Side Dishes, and then goes home and does some housework at home, a Standing bar. It's something that will come in handy. It was my second time here, so I passed on this time, but I really like the thick Grilled skewer on the vice. Here, eel skewers are also listed on the skewer menu, and the selection is based on a thorough understanding of the ecology of the old man. Next time I come, I'll use a skewer and vice!
