ランチ。シチリア定番というイワシとウイキョウ（ってなんだろう）のカサレッチェ（ってなんだろう）を頼みました。
カサレッチェは短いパスタらしいです。メニューにかっこしてそう書いてありました。
お国料理は定番を頼むのが私の定番。
サラダは素朴な味で好き。
自家製フォッカッチャは私の知る見た目と違っていて興味津々。低反発な感じの食感が良い。
カサレッチェ（覚えた）はイワシの味がして和食に通じる懐かしさがあります。初めて食べたのに。カサレッチェ（覚えた）がマカロニっぽく巻いているパスタなので中にオイルが入りオイル好きにはたまらんですが、苦手な人には少し口説く感じるかも。個人の感想です。私は好きです。
シチリアの人々はこんな美味しいお食事を定番にしているのね。
ウイキョウ調べました。フェンネルのことでした。なるほど。漢方にも使われているようです。
