東京メトロ銀座駅から5分の「カンティーナ シチリアーナ 銀座六丁目店」さん。
系列店が東銀座と博多にあります。
お店はピンク色の3階建てで54席ありますが、床のタイルから食器、照明器具までシチリアから現地直輸入したとのことで、店内の至る所にシチリアの香りが漂います。
ワインは120種以上の取り揃えで、シチリアワインだけでも80種あるそうです。
今日は4人で伺いましたので、大皿をシェアすることにしました。

サラダはケールを中心にシチリアの定番料理ナスのカボナータ、オレンジ、ハムが盛られる構成。
ケールは苦みがなく歯応えがあり、いくらでも食べられる感じで、糖度の高いオレンジと相性ピッタリ。
カボナータはラタトゥーユのような料理で、トマトソースの甘みとナスのやわらかさが美味しい。
真鰯のマリネは脂と酢のバランスが絶妙で、白ワインがすすみます。
ビステッカとはイタリア語でステーキの意味。シチリア産のオリーブオイル、塩、レモンでダイレクトに肉々さ味わいました。
クスクスは、ぽろぽろとした粒状で穀物や種のようですが、デュラム小麦粉を原料としたパスタの一種。直径1mmほどの大きさで米粒よりも小さい「世界最小のパスタ」は、濃厚な魚介のスープを吸って旨みたっぷり。つぶつぶ食感もしっかり残っていました。
料理は40種類ほどありましたが、どれも美味しく、ワインと共にシチリアの雰囲気を満喫しました。
