蕎麦がきに感動♬もちろん蕎麦も！
さくっと一杯飲みにお伺いしました。
メニューを見ると食べたいものばかり♬
この日はそんなに量を食べなかったので予算よりお安く済みました(*´ω`*)
今回の注文は
赤ワインでマリネした神戸牛のカルパッチョサラダ添え
そばがき
ざるそば×2
カルパッチョは甘味のあるバルサミコドレッシングと
柔らかいお肉との相性がよくて
さらにお野菜で爽やかなテイストになります。
とっても好きな味♬
蕎麦がきは予想以上のもっちり具合！
こんなにもっちもちで甘味があってなめらかな食感初めてです。
あまり蕎麦がきを食べたことがないのもありますが
ここの蕎麦がきはかなりのハイレベルではないでしょうか。
お蕎麦は細めなので繊細でしなやかな食感。
茨城県産常陸秋そばの自家製粉。
蕎麦の優しい香りが鼻からぬけていきます。
量が少ないので一枚追加していただきました♬
炭火焼きが売りみたいなのでまたお肉、
気になっているブッラータを食べに再訪確実です♬

前回必ず再訪すると決めていたこちら。
ひよこ豆とタコのお通しとウーロン杯でスタートしました。
今回の目的はブッラータチーズを食べにきたんです。
ブッラータ好きなんですがお店によって当たり外れが。
今回は
・今日のひらめき…ブッラータのカプレーゼ
・きのこと砂肝のサラダ
・揚げそばがきとフォアグラの炭焼き
・〆にざる蕎麦
を注文です。

こちらのブッラータは当たりでした♪
クリーミーでえぐみなく甘さがあって美味しいです。念願叶ったり☆
揚げそばがきは面白い食感。
フォアグラと一緒にバルサミコソースで。
ちょっと脂っこいですが他のメニューがあっさりめだったのでセーフ。
味は美味しいです。
本日のお蕎麦もざるで、北海道の摩周そばです。
綺麗な薄緑色と高い香りが特徴で「幻のそば」とも言われています。
実際摩周そばをいただくのは初めて。
十割なのでしっかり食感でほんのり野性味がある感じがしました。
繊細なつゆにつけていただくと蕎麦の味を存分に味わえます。
銀座価格にビックリするんですがそこそこ量が多くちゃんと手も込んでます。
お酒も自家製のものがあったり、自家製干しぶどうのキープ
(有名なモデルさんのキープぶどうがあったけど本物…？)ができたり。
この日はレーズンをつけた自家製ラム酒をいただきました♪
銀座で蕎麦＋お酒はここがmy定番になりそうです。
