朝から蕎麦気分で銀座８丁目。11時27分に、お目当ての金春通１階のお店が準備中で、対面のビルの営業中系列店に妥協しようとエレベーター１階に佇むとメニューが張らたお店が当日の朝見た番組紹介店の系列店で６階へエレベーター。張られたメニューには、朝見た番組で紹介された「冷かけそば」があり、消毒と共に運ばれたメニューには触らずに「冷かけそば」を頼みますと、布オシボリ、割箸＆箸置、蕎麦茶が順次運ばれ、ジャズの流れる半個室で待ちますこと10分で、オロシ？と丼が運ばれます。まずは、そのままズズ。冷えていて、凛。梅？オロシを投入します。番組同様に七色か一色が欲しいです。量は想定通り少なめで、出汁は全部頂き、おそらく昆布は使っていない鰹出汁を楽しみました。キャッシュオンリーで消毒を探しながら金春通りを彷徨い、所要時間20分です。
