銀座に流石という細打ち蕎麦を提供するお店があります。
過去にはミシュランの星を獲得され、その割には点数はそれほどでも無くレビュアー様の評価もそれほど高くない。
でも私はあの唯一無二の細打ち食感がとても好きなのです。
食べログで銀座を調べていたら、その流石の姉妹店が出来ているようなので訪問してみました。
こちらのお店のコンセプトは流石の蕎麦を提供しながら、魚・肉・野菜等の炭火焼き料理を提供するとの事。
久しぶりにあの蕎麦を食べたくなって、週末の夜に二人で訪問してみました。

⑥おろしそば1500円
⑦トゥペロハニーをつかった蜂蜜アイスクリーム
ちょっと遅い時間でしたので選べるメニューが限られています。そんな中、お店の方と相談しながら注文。濃い汁の上に軽く揚げたそばがき。色々な店でそばがきを食べてきましたが、こういうスタイルは初めてですね。お湯に浸かっているそばがきをツユに漬けて食べるスタイルよりもこちらの方が良いのかも。炭火焼きの提供の仕方は想像を上回るセンスの良さ。香ばしくて美味しいです。そばに関してはやはり美味しいです。が、気のせいでしょうか。本店で食べたものよりちょっと食感と太さが普通のそばに近づいて来たような気もします。と言っても前回訪問が１０年くらい前の記憶で、その後、流石で修業された千葉県の「蕎麦おおつか」との比較なんですけどｗ でも十分美味しいですね。お会計はやっぱり銀座価格。一人10000円近いですが、それはある程度想定内ではあります。流石の細打ちそばを食べたいという願望は満たされて満足しました。
