東京ミッドタウン日比谷の3階に構える「一角(いっかく) HIBIYA CENTRAL MARKET」さん。
昼は定食屋、夜は居酒屋となり、肩の力を抜いて食事とお酒が楽しめる穴場店。
コンセプトは名物 鶏の唐揚げと季節のおばんざいの大衆酒場。
場所は日比谷駅より地下道で直結する東京ミッドタウン日比谷3階のHIBIYA CENTRAL MARKET内。
エスカレーターを上がると左手に進み、理髪店の奥がこちらとなり、お目当てに訪れなければ見落としてしまうようなエリアに立地。
内観は東京ミッドタウン日比谷内にも関わらず、提灯が並ぶ居酒屋風のカウンターと目の前に広がるフロアにはテーブル席が数多く設けられ、独立した小上がりのお座敷も粋な計らい。

頂いたものは以下の通り。

窓からの新緑越しのビルを眺めながら、待つこと5分で提供されました。
メインの唐揚げ2つとアジフライをセンターに置き、ご飯にお味噌汁とサラダのセット。
まずは名物の唐揚げから。
表面はカリッと中はジューシーにという言葉が相応しく、醤油の香ばしさを溢れる甘いあぶらに染めて膨らむおいしさ！
衣とプリップリの身の食感の緩急もおいしさを引き立て、名物らしい旨さでご飯と共に。
次は最近流行っているアジフライ。
衣はサクサクと極めて優しい歯ごたえ。柔らかな身からジューシーに甘みが吹き出して、鯵の風味も心地よく抜けていく。
小さめでもしっかり美味しい一枚もまたご飯を加速させてくれました。
シーザーサラダはフレッシュで量もたっぷり、そして付け合せのおろし醤油でさっぱりした口直し。
揚げ物2品はどちらも美味しくご飯が足りるのか心配にさせるほど！
ただしご飯は大盛りにもできるようなので、空腹加減に合わせてみてください。
ランチタイムは窓際からご案内して頂けるシステムのようで、ビルと新緑の眺めにゆっくりできる空間。
11時～19時まではカフェのみの利用も可能で、水出しアイスコーヒー600円と思ったよりもリーズナブル。
立地上、混雑する銀座界隈でも快適に利用できる、使い勝手の良さそうな一角さんです。
