去年の今頃の投稿です。
京都南禅寺にある名店、瓢亭の東京ミッドタウン店。
こちらは息子さんが週に何日か京都から東京へと出向き、お店を運営されてるそうです。
いらっしゃらない時も勿論あるらしい。
新しく出来た日比谷ミッドタウンの中にありますからお店はとても綺麗で素敵です。
お料理も京都の雰囲気漂う。
かの有名な瓢亭玉子ももちろんでます。
鮎も頭から尻尾まで美味しく食べれました。
そして焚き合わせで入ってた鱧と牛蒡を使った玉子豆腐がとても美味しく印象に残ります。
最後の卵で作ったアイスクリームも濃くありで美味しかったです。
