今年のお正月のお節は瓢亭さんで。
この他に白だしのお雑煮がついています。
ひとつひとつのお料理がとても丁寧で
感動しながら食べてました。
ゆっくりいただこうと思っていたのに、
早めに完食w

季節ごとに伺っています。
今回は旬のたけのこを楽しみに。
しかし、旬はたけのこだけでは
ございませんでした。
ホタルイカやふきのとうにはじまり、
食器から店内の掛け軸から、全てが
春を感じられるようで素晴らしかった。
お料理は見た目の美しさ、食器とのバランス、
口に入れた途端にすぐ美味だと分かってしまう
ほど繊細かつ旨味の伝わりが早い。
最後のお抹茶まで素晴らしかったです。
