ライブキッチンで楽しむ・パワフルな鉄板料理が味わえる、フレンチバル♪
今日は、本日オープンしたばかりの丸の内二重橋ビル、bar a vin ROTI でデジュネします。
「bar à vin ROTI」の特色としては、鉄板料理、臨場感たっぷりのカウンター内ライブキッチンの雰囲気、厳選されたワイン、こだわりの創作フレンチを味わおう。というコンセプト。
店内に伺うと、元気なスタッフの方々に気持ちのいいお出迎えをしていただきました。
ランチメニューには、煮込みハンバーグプレート、マグロレアステーキプレート、鶏照り焼きプレート、牛ステーキプレート。マグロのソースは伺うと、バルサミコソース。まぐろだ、まぐろーと思ったものの、他を見れば、どれも魅力的！迷ってハンバーグに決定。
～大きなお皿に“デリ惣菜３種、とサラダ”と“メイン”“バターライス”が載っています。。

サニーレタスとレタス。味のしっかりしたビネグレットドレッシングで。
【デリ3種】
「ラタトウイユ」
様々なお野菜がたっぷりと感動。濃厚な味。酸味強めのトマトソースにオリーブ油は、ほんのりの食欲そそる良い香り。
「キャロットラペ」
キュッと酸味、“オレンジの味”の爽やかなアクセントのあるマリネ。
「きのこのマリネ」
いろいろきのこの食感が楽しいおいしい一品。あっさりしています。
【メイン】
『煮込みハンバーグプレート・ デミグラスソース』。
身のつまったパテ、やわらかく上品なハンバーグに仕上がっている。粗めに挽いたお肉が、噛み応えがあって、脂の甘み、うま味充分。デミグラスソースはワインをきかせたというよりトマトの味が凝縮されて際立ったもの、これと一緒にいただくと食感、コクと甘みが、一体となって、味わいが違う美味しさに。
【ライス】
「バターライス」
大盛りにしていただきました。ピラフは、綺麗な黄金色に見栄えも良い。お米粒一つぶひとつぶにしみわたったバターの香りが優雅に食欲をそそります。アルデンテ加減も良い状態でおいしかった。
洗練されたお料理は、安定した優しい味。良否のものさしともいえる、ご飯からおいしかったので、他のお料理や夜も期待できますね。スタッフの接客も、丁寧で温かくて、明るくて元気な雰囲気は居心地がいい。サービステンポもいいので使い勝手も良いと思います。今度は何にしよっかなと、考えながら八重洲に戻りました。
