夜でも飲茶を楽しめる、しかも店内の雰囲気がとても良く女性に大人気なのも頷ける。
個人的には昔ながらの、香港形式のワゴンで運んでくれる飲茶が好きなのだが今の東京ではそういうお店は皆無となってしまった。
こちら、品数は少ないけれど、一品一品はなかなか美味しい。腸粉や帆立焼売や北京風水餃子は好き。
モミジの豆豉ソース炒めはあればどこでも必ず食べる好きな料理だがこちらはこちらでは何度か食べてるが、その都度若干味にブレがあるように思う。
先に書いたように香港の飲茶のようにワゴンサービスで騒がしく、ある種の混沌の中で味わう飲茶が好きだが、こういう高級路線でオシャレなのもありなのだと思う。シャンパーニュを飲みながら旨い点心を嗜む。多様性の時代なのである。
