ライトアップが綺麗なクリスマスの丸の内。
そのライトアップを2階から楽しめる高級中華。
調理場が見える店内は高級感満載。
3人だったので、2個を3個に変更してもらえました。
メニューの青いマークがオススメとのことで、中心にオーダー。
○豆苗と海老蒸し餃子¥1,650
美味しくてビックリ。想像以上でした。
豆苗の青菜感と海老の甘さがちょうどよく、皮は薄いけど、食感があります。
付け合わせのタレをつけてまた美味しい。
○帆立焼売¥2,400
帆立一個を皮で包んだ焼売。
○揚げ湯葉と海老の腸粉¥1,800
揚げたて湯葉のパリパリ感と海老のプリっと感、合わせのアレンジされたオイスターベースのソースがバッチリ。
○鹿肉のパイ包み¥800/1ケ
パイのバターの甘さと鹿肉の甘さがちょっとバラバラ。中身だけの方が私は好きでした。
○北京風水餃子（6個）¥2,100
豚肉と鶏肉の合挽の餡がこれまたとても美味しかった。
○担々麺はミニ
麺の小麦感とちょうどいい具合の弾力が美味しい！スープも想像したいわゆる担々麺のスープではなく、すっきりの後にほのかに香ります。
肉そぼろの山椒感が美味しい。
ビール2杯づつで1人約¥8,000。
席料¥600、サービス料10%
美味しいけどやはり高い。。。
特別な時に行けるお店かなと思いました。
