久しぶりに会う先輩と食事。
銀座で待ち合わせし、
歩いてこちらへ。
日本酒飲みたいのと
お腹が空いていたので
ガッツリ食べれるところを探しておりました。
肉と日本酒は
根津の方にある本店は行ったことある。
虎ノ門の支店はまだだ。
こちらもその関係なのか
こちらは
コースとかではなくアラカルトで注文です。
ビールでも良かったですが
せっかくなので
スタートからラストまで日本酒にします。
先ずは鳳凰美田の ひやおろし
ひやおろし は秋の日本酒。
香りも落ち着いたタイプが多いですが
さすがは鳳凰美田なので 香りも華やかで珍しい。
お通しはレアな牛タンのポン酢漬け
かみごたえあり
噛めば噛むほど味が出る酒のつまみです。
肉料理がオススメのお店なので
ガッツリ肉メニューを。
牛レアカツは味噌のソースで
程よく火が入ってるので柔らかく歯切れも良い。
味噌と日本酒もよく合います。
揚げ出し豆腐は定番ですが
久しぶりに食べると美味しいよな。
ホッとする味。
牛タンを低温調理してレア刺で
薄切りで柔らかく
噛み締める美味しさはタンならではだ。
肉系のお店では定番になりつつある肉寿司
薄切りの幅広い肉が酢飯にかぶっており
目の前で炙ってくれます。
脂がバチバチ 口の中でトロッと。
山葵や柚子胡椒での味変も良き。
牛タンメニューも多く
ネギ塩味を追加
野菜が欲しくて
焼き野菜の麹味噌掛けも追加
サラダ系は得意ではないので
焼き野菜があると嬉しいんだ。
久しぶりに会うので
話に花が咲き
酒も進む。
こちらは新政も色々置いてあり
亜麻猫 秋桜 なんかもいただきました。

而今 作 写楽 田酒 磯自慢など
流行り系の日本酒が多いかな。
ツマミも豊富でしたので
うずらの卵や
黒糖空豆
タンの燻製などなども追加。
日本酒のグラスは都度替えて頂いたり
目の前で注いでくれたり
基本的なこともしっかりしております。
〆は色々ありましたが
牛タン重にして
二人でシェア。
他にも色々メニューはあったので
この辺りで
ガッツリ食べ
日本酒飲む
という時には
個室で静かに過ごせるし良さそうです^ ^
