なんつって、有楽町の夜へ。
今はなき有楽町そごうの跡地には、
ビックカメラ。
だけどこの日は、
ビックエコーのビルに用がある。
目的はカラオケじゃないのは明白。
肉目的。
ずばり肉がコンセプトの居酒屋。
メニュー写真を見ると
黒毛和牛やらA4ランクやらの文字が
お肉の写真を彩るが
そんなハイレベル感じなのに
値段を見るとハイコスパ。
有楽町なのに大丈夫か。
お手軽な高級居酒屋といった風情。
何も言葉をかけられてないけど
勝手にお言葉に甘えて肉寿司から。
パフォーマンスとしてやっぱり楽しいファイヤー。
バーナーで肉寿司が焼けていく。
焦げた匂いがこんなにも愛おしい。
店の名前は「いぶり」だが「あぶり」でも
誰も文句を言わない。
香ばしくなった肉寿司は
シャリの酸味と相まって絶妙な美味さ。
初っぱなからフルスロットルの感動。
もっとお肉の話をしたいんだけど、
ポテトサラダが美味しすぎて
肉の感動に割って入る始末。
ある意味、肉にはいい迷惑だよな。
燻製の味が本当に美味しくって、
いったいどこを燻しているんだろうと思うね。
こんなに美味しいポテサラ初めて。
テイクアウトしたい。
やっぱり肉の話に戻るけど
牛タンもとの量り売り。
どれくらい食えるか分からず、
とりあえず140gにしてみたけど
もっと食えたな。だって美味すぎる。
もうちょっと食おうとおもったけど
もう一度切って量ってってを
店員さんにお願いするの遠慮してしまった。
最後は牛スジ肉そばで、麺〆。
やっぱり麺だよね。
時々肉チャージって必要だけど、
焼肉屋じゃなく居酒屋でこんな肉三昧できるって
素晴らしい。
