日曜日の昼に訪問。
土日祝は12時～の通し営業なので
一番空いてそうな日曜日昼12時半に予約して訪問です。
平日夜は2時間制でかなり混むらしいので
この時間はゆったりといただけておすすめかと思います。
当日電話をしても全然空いてそうな雰囲気
訪問したら3割ぐらい入ってる感じなので日曜日昼は狙いめかもです。
メニューは昼・夜関係なく統一
まずは瓶ビール赤星中瓶650円で乾杯です。
お通しのキャベツ300円とともに到着
何回でもお替わりできるので300円でも良いですね。
刺系を2品
白センマイ刺し680円
コリコリの食感、付け合わせのチョジャンとの相性抜群です。
牛レバ刺し760円
ぎりぎりの低温調理で仕上げているらしく生に近い食感。
ここから焼いていきます。
まずは店名のホルモン塩680円とクツベラ680円
焼いても縮まらなくプルプルです。
いきなりガツンとくる味わいなので
大盛麦メシ390円を注文！
漫画盛り状態で到着です。
その後は

かなりリーズナブルと思います。
