日比谷グルメゾンでガード下にオープンしたゲルマン料理のチェーン店。近隣店舗や系列店舗でランチを楽しみましたので、オープン・キャンペーンのクーポンを握りしめて、休日ランチに参りましたが、ランチ・メニューは無く、泣く泣くレギュラー・メニューから、ソーセージを頼みます。ビールは解説して頂き、季節メニューみたいなエーデルピルス700円をクーポンで390円にして頂きます。苦さ指数は30IBUで、国産ながら、苦くて、冷たくて好きです。ソーセージは、味をハバネロにして1本700円、カリーヴルスト670円もソーセージで、鉄皿２枚が同時に来て、熱々を頂きます。ハバネロは、ピリ辛。カリーヴルストも、ソースに辛味があり、好きです。店内の曲は、ゲルマンのお店ながら、California Dreamin'に続き、Born in the U.S.A.となり、アメリカンで好みに合いましたが、スタッフ同士の会話が音楽の妨げに感じ、退きました。
