カヌレは小ぶりな釣り鐘のような形と、しっかりした焼き色が特徴。フランスのボルドー地区で生まれたお菓子。日本では1990年代に最初のカヌレブームがありましたが、またここ数年、ブームが到来したようです。
ここの店頭では、ガラスケースでテイクアウトを販売。その様子は。まるでポルドーにあるカフェで買い物しているような雰囲気を醸し出している。
店内も日本とは思えない、フランスのカフェBARのよう。カヌレとショコラムースとドリンクのセット（1,280円）を頂きました。
なめらかなムースは口の中で溶け、しっかり焼いたカヌレは外は、カリ、中はふわっと。
まさに、本場の味わい？と思えた時間でした。
